Got a Groupon as a gift and gave them a try- first appointment was alright, they sold me some face mask and some serum for an extra 35 and then charged me tax and a mandatory minimum tip of 20$- They offered me a two pack of facials for 115$ I agreed , what I didn't know was that because I paid with my credit card it would stay on file in case I attempted to cancel last minute or if I was late they can charge me. I didn't find this out until I attempted to reschedule my appointment. The last two facials were a mess honestly my skin would suffer horribly each time and this last time was the worst. I have bruising on my face from when she was picking at my black heads which felt like she was slicing my face open. I was clearly in pain and she showed no empathy instead she was annoyed because I didn't want to pay for the same song and dance. A mask and some serum. I had already paid twice for them and it was never worth it . This isn't what I would consider a medspa - even more annoying is that they never had everything in the room it was a constant walking in and out of the room and even worst they always wore flip flops for some reason and all I would hear is them flapping around everywhere . Bought two custom 60 minutes facials for me and my mom. Was looking forward as first time customers before this nasty attitude & unprofessional communication via text occured by one of there staff members (screenshot picture attached for reference). I called multiple times but there voicemail said to text or email. So I chose to text there number instead. I wasn't able to get a clear understanding of the available options as whatever date I'd mention, it was booked. So as a customer service representative, you are supposed to present me options or kindly tell me to call on a particular number. I have had numerous facial experiences but never as such with an unpleasant, rude & unprofessional tone/manner. & after my last message of saying "I'll be sharing it with the world" she or he didn't even respond to that. Only if they knew I wasn't just babbling, I am now exposing it to the world. I do not intend to go here nor advice any of my friends, & family aswell. Be aware guys and make sure no one from this industry ever taunts or speaks to you like that, especially if you are a first time customer. Not acceptable! Will be getting my refund...

I would never recommend anyone to come here. I bought a Groupon last year and when I got my first facial, I got talked into getting a 2-package. The lady that did my facial the 1st and 2nd time was no longer there the most recent time I went (8/19/23). The first one was OK, was pushy- especially when it came to the tip. I knew after the 2nd visit I wouldn’t be returning, but I finally booked my last session, since I already paid in advance. The amount of pain I felt during this facial was insane. Getting a Brazilian wax hurt less! The lady doing my facial kept saying “beauty is pain” and chuckling at the fact that I was in pain. She literally asked me if I have kids because if I did, I wouldn’t be in as much pain as I am. She was aggressive, pushy & not gentle AT ALL. I was in literal tears (not the normal ones for extractions). She did not care, she didn’t try to soothe me in any way at all.
