I've been customer for a few years, and I've seen the service deteriorate from when I first patronized. The prices are expensive compared to other places, but they do carry a much wider range of products compared to their competitors. They do as they want and not follow the customer's request, for example, you'll ask for burnt rabbit and they would use the same cleaning method as chicken (not burnt), you will ask to not give the heads of the animal, and you will find it in the bag when you get home.

Very rude behavior! I usually buy duck from them and have it roasted they burned my duck to the point where it melted & on top of that I called in to inform them.. the guy in the counter thats always smoking inside the poultry was yelling on the top of his lungs! Is this how you treat your customers? So...
