Response to owner: Your posters for the promotion say only limited quantities--nothing about blackout dates. When i purchased the certs, I was told one was good through march, the other for one year--Nothing about having to wait to use it. that tidbit was inside the sealed cert, along w the announcement that I paid half price--so classy. you could have avoided the whole fiasco by simply accommodating a potential new client. instead you subjected me, my daughters and all of your clients to a totally negative stressful scene. Out of all the myriad nail salon options in our area, I chose yours because i thought yours was the kind of establishment that took care of its clientele. I'd have been much better off going to Bling on Nostrand where they treat all customers like we're signing their paychecks. Sayonara BL

Tacky staff, mediocre service and overpriced. Unless you're buying a $100 service, they are visibly disturbed to be dealing with you. After charging an exorbitant $40 for a very standard run of the mill pedi, this is what it looked like (see pics). Weird stuff, too--check out the gift certificate that, for whatever reason, tells the recipient that the gifter paid half price--isn't that nice? You give someone a nice gift and the first thing they see is that you paid half. They also gave us a REALLY hard time about using the damn things. Tried to say they wouldn't accept them til after christmas, that they could only offer half value--all this to a potential new customer in the middle of a salon full of listening clients. Don't waste your money, the service does not meet the...

Unfortunately I have to give this beautiful establishment with really lovely people a super low rating. I honestly normally just bite the bullet and go, but I explained to the wonderful technicians there that I had a concert, and I needed very specific design. They said they could do it, the design was a chrome nail to match my outfit for my concert. The first time I went they did a solid job, but unfortunately the next day the chrome was falling off the nail, I returned today to get the chips fixed as it had only been two days, and another lovely woman fixed the chipped nails for me however unfortunately she didn’t know how to do chrome, and now instead of shiny mirror metallic nails I’m left with glittery, cloudy, unpolished nails. In addition they used the same brush to apply two different silvers, one of which was supposed to be flat and the other was supposed to have some rainbow shine. To their benefit they didn’t charge me to fix the chips but the fact that I paid 150 with tip for these nails (I did get a regular pedicure unsure how much of a price factor that was) and she saw how they were supposed to look and made it worse when trying to fix them, at that price point isn’t passable. Now I have to find another salon and spend another 100-150$ to get them completely redone for my concert tonight. Though everyone is very nice and I’m sure fine if you are getting a regular polish unfortunately they don’t know how to do chrome. So just be aware if you need a special...

Came on the 4th of July. Requested a gel pedicure and asked the lady performing my service how much it would be. She proceeded to tell me the price and maybe 45 seconds later an older gentleman performing a pedicure on another customer spoke to my technician in their native language. She then relayed to me that my price went up by $25 dollars. I said that was fine and still opted to get the spa-grade pedicure with gel polish. However that interaction made me uncomfortable so I kindly let my technician know that I would like to continue my spa pedicure but with regular polish. . At this point she send me to get my polish color which took 2 min and when I arrived back she soaked my feet… And again moments later the older gentleman technician spoke to my technician in a different language and she then told me it’ll be an extra $15 for the gel polish removal. At that point I say ok.. she continues the service and the end result is BELOW SUBPAR. Polish work is splotchy, my toenails were cut uneven and when I left it looked like I needed another pedicure…. So that’s what I had to go do. I let the gentleman know my concerns at checkout and that the quality of service was poor. He didn’t ask about correcting it just asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I paid my $60 something balance and left to go get my feet redone. The spa/esthetic is nice but the service is HORRIBLE. That was my first time going and my last....

Update on March 2025: I gave this spot a second chance, and the service has improved. I actually enjoy going here now. I asked for the same person every time to do my pedis and she's fantastic! I'm also a member, and they have good perks like coupons and free goodies. It's my go-to spot now. I'm glad they took the feedback seriously. April 2024: I've been here before and had a decent experience, but the person who did my nails this Saturday was very rude. She did not communicate well and seemed annoyed that I was talking to my friend, who was also getting her nails done. Honestly, why set it up at s a bar if you do not want people to talk to each other?? Also, I finished my nails a few minutes before my friend, and in the middle of our conversation, the person who did my nails interrupted us and said, "Can you pay now?" She didn't say excuse me or anything but demanded a tip. I really would not have tipped, but I'm not rude. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back.
