CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in New York

I was surprised to see this place get 5 stars, despite them only being open recently. But they actually deserve it. While they weren't able to fix my broken screen when I brought it in because they had to order new parts (it's not a common phone model), the turn around was just 2 days. Guy behind the counter was able to work with me on my request (needed an invoice first to send to my insurance), gave me price options for the screen, and even threw in a free screen protector/installation. He was nice/professional, got to the point, and worked with me in a way that you really never see at places like these....

I purchased a Zagg film that was applied to my iPhone 16 on 6/20. By the following week, the privacy layer was scratched after being placed in my bag with keys. I paid an additional $12 for the warranty and chose a packaged tempered glass replacement. After 1 fall from a bench height on 7/9 the tempered glass is cracked.

Unsure whether this is a reflection of the products sold at this location or the install.

I would not recommend coming here for an iPhone screen protector. In total I’ve spent $55 for basic phone screen protection, there are likely better options...

Excellent service. I went there, thought I was gonna lose her after the accident. When I asked what can they do to save her, they replied with “we never fail”. Went home hoping she makes it out alive . They call me and told me to come in. I arrived and she came out brand new. iPhone 15 pro max. All my photos and everything was saved.
