I'm honestly very surprised at negative reviews for this F45 studio! My experience at the studio was wonderful, and I only left because I moved too far away to attend classes regularly.
When I started in February 2023, I was out of shape and intimidated by the idea of group fitness. I'm SO GLAD I gave this studio a try. From the beginning, the coaches were so encouraging and supportive. I never once felt judged by them even when I was clearly struggling through the workout. They pushed me to challenge myself, but did this with a sense of humor and humility that helped me actually take the encouragement and not feel pressured or punished. Everyone at the studio is so kind and some of them even knew my name! I was not a chatty studio member and preferred to get in and get out, but I really appreciated this touch. Also, they provide free towels to use, which I've heard is not standard.

I have been a member since day 1 and am continually impressed with how Scott and his team work to build not only strong members but to build a community. During the lockdown the trainers and other members were some of the only other people I saw! F45 LIC has adapted this year with every change in government mandates. They have offered us the opportunity to continue our health and fitness lifestyle (virtual, outdoor boot camps, inside with strict health and safety protocols) when so many other aspects of our lives were uncertain. The workouts are challenging, results are rewarding, and the trainers highly knowledgeable and friendly. Brittany was very attentive as she noticed we were new and instructed us on a lot of the movements, helped with our technique which I really appreciated. Form when working out is important to ensure you get the most out of your workout. +Instructors were attentive, high energy, so nice, so helpful +Spacious enough for circuit training with lots of stations (even though the place looked small) +Clean +Very on time, 45 min efficient workout, and great warm ups. +They ask about any injuries ahead of time +If you're more advanced, they'll challenge you e.g. for planks, they'll put weights on your back
