If I could give a zero star I would. Don't come here. Don't bother. It is rude bratty children running the "business"

I have been here twice now because it's next to the gym I go to so I was hoping to make this my regular wait stop before my gym class. I guess not. Both times I have been they were rude just with taking my order. Seemed annoyed by questions about the menu. Buba tea is new to me and I wanted to try something new.

This time though was completely unacceptable and flat out disrespectful.

They are so rude, talk over you when you try to understand something from the menu or ask any questions. I was pretty much charged $9 for a soda.

I thought I was getting a lime tea with boba half sweet, it’s what I ordered. They gave me a bubbly drink with lime no boba not sweet. This is the second time I ask for boba in my drink and don't get it. The first time I let it slide because it still tasted fine and I just figured she didn’t hear me. I didn’t want to make a fuss.

This second time around I did not feel comfortable getting taken advantage of for what is essentially soda and lemon juice from the lemon bottle (I saw her take out the artificial lemon juice when I went back and asked for a glass of water which I also got attitude for).

When I explained this was not what I was expecting the young man started basically yelling at me that they don't give refund he wouldn't make me anything else and he said it's my fault I didn't know what I was getting even though drink is under the fruit TEA part of menu and that they can't sit here explaining to all customers what is in each menu item. Every time I tried to explain that I just want to understand what I ordered he would yell over me and eventually when I ask him to stop doing that he just walked away and said I would not get a refund which I never asked for in the first place. I simply wanted a different drink, to get what I actually ordered or to at least understand the menu so I wouldn’t order the wrong thing next time. I said I did not want it they took my drink and threw it in the trash and walked away.

On the way out I said excuse me multiple times and asked for their names. The young man ignored me and the young lady said "I don't know." Very mature.

Extremely rude and condescending. I will not come back and I am defiantly fighting the charge on my card because I gave back...

Honestly probably the most inconsiderate people I ever met, I got over headed in the restaurant last night with a few friends. I could tell something was wrong but still tried to order because I was hungry. I eventually passed out in front of several workers and fell to the ground with a huge nose injury. No one did anything and just continued on with this buisness. The one man who worked at the bubble tea shop was even adamant about me going up to get my tea even though I was clearly unwell. I really needed water and the woman working at the eatery wouldn’t let my friend bring it to me before paying. Whole thing caused me a lot of anxiety and a pretty big nose gash. Do not support these restaurants they are extremely uncaring and almost inhumane for how I was...

My group of 5 opted to share two bowls of dry hotpot which was a slightly smaller portion than we expected but delicious - the buns (classic, KFC, oyster) we got were phenomenal as well.

I don't usually comment on the bathroom at places, but the one here was also very nice, clean, and spacious, and also had a separate sink outside of the bathroom so that people could wash their hands without waiting if someone was using the bathroom.

Finally, the food hall has a pretty sizable collection of card and board games for customers to play - you could easily spend a few hours with your friends playing any of the various games...

ABC Eats is a newly opened food court which focuses on Asian flavor in Long Island City. It’s right cross the street of MoMA PS1 and the street parking wasn’t too bad on a weekend noon. The decor is cozy, clean and bright with lots of seating, but there are only 3 food stands, ABC Diner, Koi and Boba & Bean available currently. We had Ma-La Dry Hot Pot (+$2 for rice) and Crispy Squid to share between 2 people. The food was decent, especially the beef & fish fillets, which were tender & juicy. However, the price was kind of high with its portion, so we won’t recommend it.
