I've been living at The Galerie for almost a year, and I can honestly say it's the best residential experience I've ever had. The building itself is stunning, with thoughtfully designed units that are both beautiful and functional. The finishes are top-notch, giving the apartments a real sense of luxury. Everything, from the layout to the fixtures, has been carefully considered, and the appliances all work perfectly!

But what truly sets The Galerie apart is the incredible staff. From the moment I moved in, they have been nothing but helpful, kind, and attentive. The management team is proactive and responsive, the concierge staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they create a real sense of community in the building.

Living in a place that is so well-managed makes a huge difference in your quality of life. I can't recommend The Galerie enough. The best condo in LIC.

The design of the building is well-thought out and built with top quality materials. There are plenty of amenities including swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, library, party room, roof-top access and more.

More importantly, the building is maintained extremely well. The building is always very clean and maintenance works are well executed throughout. Arthur, the building manager, takes extreme care as it relates to your needs. Every staff member is very well trained and professional.

The management company, Choice New York, is excellent as well. Drew is always in communication with the larger community of tenants and ensure that every tenant is well informed on anything important. Anytime I had questions, the team was willing to go beyond to address my needs.

Overall, I believe Galerie probably is the best managed condo in LIC. From its prime location (2 min walk from trader joes, view of Moma PS1, convenient access to transportation), beautiful building, professional staff, to the excellent management, Galerie deserves 5...

Avoid this building unless you're keen on paying insane electricity bills.

I've lived here for 2.5 years but decided to move out for multiple reasons. One main contributing factor was the HVAC electricity bill each unit is charged for on top of what you'd normally pay conedison every month. For reference, here are some monthly charges: Sept 2024 $37 Oct 2024 $13 Nov 2024 $18 Feb 2025 $350 Being charged $350 just for hvac electricity in a winter month (+ additional $120 conedison bill) seems wildly inaccurate and the building gives no visibility or proof that you're being correctly charged and no clear explanation for why that...
