I feel truly lucky to have selected this Rehab Center and have Joyce guide me through recovery. In April of 2024 I had suffered a Maisonneuve fracture (complete tears of ankle ligaments + Broken Fibula) while skiing. After undergoing surgery I found that this type of fracture isn't typical so I was concerned with finding proper care.

After over 8 months of PT with Joyce I am sure that I could not have found better care. Joyce guided me on my therapy journey all the way from non weight bearing status to running. She brings an energy and positivity to each session that keeps you motivated and inspires you to give your best. She has a genuine care for her patients and a deep knowledge base to guide your recovery each session.

Each session is unique as she begins the session testing the status of your injury and uses that to develop daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Although it was a long journey, having daily measurable goals made even the small accomplishments meaningful, and Joyce was sure to celebrate each one with me. She provided and routinely updated home PT plans which aided significantly with the recovery.

Although Joyce was my primary PT, the other PT's and rehab assistances at this location were also excellent. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, care, and support from this location.

I could never write a review that will properly explain how wonderful Joyce is as both a PT and person. If you ever are in need of any type of PT support I just recommend you find out for yourself and trust this place with your rehab journey.

Had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery, came to ivy LIC location for my pre- and post-rehab. 5/10 recommend! I’ve worked with all of the physical therapists and support staff (including student DPTs) and they are all so wonderful! I came here originally through a recommendation from my sports ortho surgeon to help me get back to my sport, and it was conveniently located so I called and made appointments. Making appointments and checking in is a simple process (from check-in and scheduling sessions, to getting my rehab therapy done) and the good music is always a plus for me! The problems I have with this place outweighed the good music and convenient location for me. The office did not send Aetna paperwork they requested for about 5 weeks (this occurred TWICE), which threw off my claims statuses AND they recommended I skip some therapy session until this was “figured out”. This caused me to get behind on my rehab, and also when I finally complained enough and (eventually) sent Aetna my own paperwork and any proof of progress I had in my chart, my out of pocket had already been met and I over paid. Now Ivy owes me around $200 and they are not working with my Insurance who has reached out for a refund, and give me the run around when I try.
