Consultation was minimal as mentioned by other reviewers. This is not really what I would call a facial for those looking for that. It was not relaxing. They are playing loud dance music and talk to you almost the entire time. I felt like I was being sales pitched the entire time from the chair to checkout. They are rather pushy in trying to get you to sign up for a package which I awkwardly told them several times I couldn’t afford—you’d think they’d drop it at that point, but no, then they tried to sell me product. Oh my god, they were fantastic! I came up from NY for a long weekend for a wedding and to see some friends but since I moved from NY, I was dying to come here to try the signature sculpt with face physio for my TMJ. It was amazing! From the initial time I called and spoke to someone who explained everything so well and recommended Manny. Manny was an absolute gem. So sweet and funny and my face feels SO good. I had no idea how tight and restricted my face was but it feels so good now. I live in Baltimore but I would literally come up once a month now just to do this. The front desk team and lovely as well. I loved my experience and can’t wait to see...

Total waste of time and money. Showed up to my appointment, trainer starts off by asking why my eyes are so swollen and bruised (it was just my eyebags lol but thank you…). Then in the end they refuse to do the treatment because I had used an extremely common OTC cream the week prior, which was listed absolutely nowhere that this would result in my facial getting cancelled. I even spoke to someone on the phone about my skin prior to my appointment.

Wasted 2 hours of my life, communication was terrible, but I would recommend booking it for your mother in law if you don’t...
