Absolutely make sure you go to FANA for your jewelry needs! This is the first place I went to try on engagement rings, and I couldn't have had a better experience. From the ease of making an appointment (so many other places in NYC have limited avails at inconvenient times), to the offering of sparkling/still water and piece of chocolate, I knew I was in good hands. They have so many options of styles so you can truly get a taste of everything you love and don't love. My experience was absolutely made by Karina who was a fabulous help in being patient with me, really listening to my interests and offering styles to try that I never would have thought of and ended up LOVING. She is bubbly, kind, knowledgable, supportive and has a creative mindset around the process. They are so generous in their offerings to make sure you really like the style and her follow-ups with me after my first visit were very professional – I ended up going back after some time to work with Karina again on more styles. It's such a fun way to spend your time, the location is wonderful in SoHo and Karina is truly a gem (pun intended)! I couldn't recommend her...

My (now) fiancé and I had a top tier engagement ring experience at FANA from beginning to end. Coming in from out of town, I was pleased at the ease of getting in for a (surprise) appointment on relatively short notice. A very special shout out to Farnoush, who made this entire process seamless and enjoyable. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our appointment. From going through all of the nuances of ring settings and diamonds, to trying on various styles, and addressing all of our questions and concerns patiently, she left no stone unturned and we left feeling very satisfied. From there, she was very consultative throughout the entire process of getting everything finalized for me, sending numerous pictures, videos, and models to accommodate for my being out of town and not being able to follow up in person.
