I had a really frustrating experience at this salon. I came in for a simple haircut and even washed my hair at home before going, so I didn’t request or need a wash. The man cutting my hair was polite, but the haircut wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Still, that wasn't the biggest issue.

The problem came when it was time to pay. The price list clearly showed a haircut was less than $25, but I was charged $30. When I questioned this, the lady at the front desk said it was because of the blow dry. I’ve never heard of a salon charging extra for something as basic as drying your hair after a cut—especially without mentioning it up front. I specifically said I just wanted a haircut when I arrived.

It feels like they tried to take advantage of me, assuming I wouldn't question the extra charge since I am a young customer. If you decide to go here, make sure you confirm all pricing in advance to avoid getting overcharged like I did. Definitely don’t recommend this place! I hope the guy cutting my hair goes to a better place....

I had a great experience at this salon! I got my hair dyed, which involved bleaching, so I was there for quite a while. Even though they were busy, the staff regularly checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. I had a haircut here since my hair is too long. The haircut is fine. Nothing special since it just a trim. But the hair wash was the issue. The lady who washed my hair doesn’t know how to wash hair properly. She kept scratching my scalp really hard with her fingernails and it hurts! My scalp still felt painful the day after the wash. And now my scalp feels itchy. I regret having my hair washed there. A professional salon should know that you are not supposed to scratch someone’s scalp with fingernails.
