Got scammed and tried to resell me another box for half the price instead of refunding. Explained to them the problem, and basically called me dumb in a different way.
Your response was very interesting. For one, you guys decided to lie in your response. For two, you guys wanted to play innocent in your response is actually quite funny.
The guy who bought the gundam didn’t mistakenly buy it because he believe there would be a gundam inside with the weapon. Instead we suggested to you guys to label it in English it would be better for your customers who don’t read Japanese since you guys explained the situation to us. The reason we’re saying this is because the other person who got the same gundam but in different poses literally got both a gundam and weapon together.
Also your response was really unprofessional, let’s be more honest in the future instead of being petty when responding about the situation and stop making your customers look like they are...
Read moreWent there twice so far and I've had a great experience both times. The staff are very friendly and the selections are really good, they have stuff from so many different series; from oshi no ko, to doreamon, to Miku, to jjk, to sanrio, etc. I was literally fangirling over their heaven's official blessing merch for several minutes straight right in front of the cashier(lol). My friend forgot her pin that she purchased and she only realized this once we were a block away and when we went back, the staff had kept the pin for her. In the back they have a bunch of Miku things including figurines, ita bags and plushes, plus an assortment of prop katanas. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking from some anime merch, you might even find merch of some obscure series like nu:carnival or love chronicles. /j Also bonus points since the price is literally just what is on the sticker, so no hidden tax fees, what you see is...
Read moreI've been to this store a few times already. They could definitely have a bit more variety figure wise; they lean more heavily towards DBZ, Demon Slayer, One Piece, and a lot of Rem figures.
I would not order the figures online. The "reservation" prices tend to be $10-20 more than in-store prices (and you'll need to go there to pick up anyway). Just check the site to see if they have a figure in-stock and make a quick trip there.
Prices are not too bad. Some will be higher than buying them online, but if you catch a good find, a few can be priced significantly lower. I got a Pop Up Parade Raphtalia for $40, roughly $15-20 less than some online outlets (btw, online ordering has it at $54 to pick up).
Overall, I can see myself making more trips there to compare their in-store prices and average online prices on...
