I loved working with the FedEx team at 191 Madison Ave for a recent print job at work! We had a variety of needs - from a one pager, to posters and smaller foam core signs to a trifold sign. Through email conversations to on-site pick-up Julie and her team were friendly, quick to respond, helpful with all my questions, and did a great job with our order. The staff at this branch were so kind to me when I called about having a print order sent to another location. I had ordered brochures to be printed there, but I don't live in town and it turned out that this location wasn't the closest to the client picking them up. I called and asked about how I could get them to the closer location, and the manager offered to walk them over for me. Brian- the senior Lead Center Consultant is disgustingly rude. Talks condescending and doesn't even look you in the face. I never write reviews but i had to this time.
