Ordered online from Flos and while the product was good, the service was less than positive. After placing my order, I received a coupon code for a discount on a first purchase. I emailed and asked if this promo code could be applied to my order. After a day or so, I received a response that it was not possible to apply a code to pre-existing order. I requested that the order be canceled, and I placed the order again. Much to my surprise, both lights were shipped. Asking for return authorization was also like pulling teeth as the response time to email was quite slow. After making my return, I noticed that they were running a promotion and you could have a free LED light if you placed an order over a specific dollar threshold. I explained that I did not want to return the light, at their expense, only to re-order, again, this too would have been shipped at their expense, to get the free light, and I was wondering if this could possibly be offered to me as a courtesy. After a long time, a pattern with their email communications, I was told this was not an option. I then called the showroom and had conversation with the general manager and explained the situation. While he was courteous and pleasant, I never heard back nor did I get the LED light promotion. It is important to note that this review is aimed mainly at their online fulfillment and not the retail store but, sadly, in the case of my transaction, both fell short. I might suggest anyone interested in the products to order from an authorized online reseller as service will be considerably better commensurate with the brand...

My lamp arrived with a small crack on the bottom and a surface irregularity. The customer service agent said she does not see any defects in photos I sent and said these are man made products so they surely will have unpolished parts. What a joke and a petty standard for a brand that sells highly marked up designs.
When I sent follow up pictures clearly marking where the defects are, she replied they are not defects because they are not on the outside and so not visible on a superficial level. You simply cannot reason with someone who claims that since the defect is on the bottom/inside, it is as if it does not exist at all—you just stay away.

I ordered a Parentesi electrical wiring assembly with ON/OFF switch and a 120W BR-40 Medium Reflector Flood Incandescent after the bulb on my Parentesi Pendant lamp fell apart while operating (the glass part fell off with the bulb metal base stuck within the lamp base). The first bulb sent by Flos was defective. They sent a replacement, which functions on my old lamp base but not on the new one. The new electrical wiring assembly received works with just regular bulbs. Flos customer service stopped responding after they sent the replacement to their bulb. I am back using my old base with the new bulb and am stuck with a defective product for which I paid $80 dollars plus...
