I had a horrible experience with this vendor! Do not book any services with them!!! For the money paid, I could had more flowers and better service. Instead, I felt they took a bunch of orchids and stripped it down to make the centerpieces and bouquets. The floral arrangements may sound and look great on paper but it is a different story when the work is delivered. I was highly disappointed on the day of my wedding!!! The owner, Alex Todd and her staff are not professional to work with. The day before my wedding, I received a phone call from one of the staff at the shop who informed me that the flowers brown easily and at least six hours to set up the floral arrangements. When I told them that there are prior ceremonies before mine, not only were they not flexible but they flat out told us THAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM!! I had to go down to the shop the day before my wedding to sort it out. I scheduled a meeting with Alex and spoken with her that I would be there. When I finally met up with her, she gabbing away on a cell phone outside the shop. She looked very surprised to see me there. She scrambled to find the invoice for our wedding. And she later assured us everything will be done and delivered as stated on the contract. On the day of our wedding, it was a major disaster!!! Her staff arranged all the flowers from the bouquets to corsages on site. My own family witnessed her staff hiding tent with packages and flowers strewn everywhere. They formed a line of assembly with tables to make our flowers. Her staff delayed the delivery of the bouquets & my own bridesmaids had to locate the staff to move all of our flowers to the ceremony site. It end up delayingg our ceremony to half an hour behind. They rushed and harassed my maid of honor to sign everything and return the vases. She barely had time to go through the floral checklist. They forgot the wristlets for my mother and grandmother. When it was pointed out, they had to go back to make them. MY OWN BOUQUET had missing rhinestones jewelry that was part of the contract. The day just continues to get worse, the archway was not lined with lilies and roses, only the sides had a few flowers. The tent liner was not as delivered. There were orchid petals scattered across the lining of tent instead of cascading orchids parting the tent. None of the flowers had individual tubes to keep the flowers fresh so they last longer. Instead, my own bouquet was stuck in a heavy glass vase with water which I had to move around and stick in when not in use to keep the flowers fresh. When I informed Alex how displeased I was with the service, not only did she not apologize for the disorganization of her staff with the flowers. She insisted her staff had been nice enough to make the missing items and fulfilled the contract and their best to make everything perfect. She claimed she took additional staff with her to do the floral arrangements and two deliveries were made to the wedding site. I pointed out that at the time that the contract was signed, she has enough experience to figure out how many staff and car size they would need for the wedding. Not only were we not informed about the any rented containers or had we rented any, she demanded I return all the crystals that were paid in full for a branch arrangement claiming they were rentals. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism and organization at FLOWER YOU. I would not recommend their vendor to anyone. They are extremely disorganized and difficult to work. I had a huge headache working with Alex and her staff. No brides should have to deal with any issues on the of their own wedding.I spend more time pushing my schedule behind since our flowers delayed. I ordered a regular bouquet, the Flower Fields Mason Jar bouquet to be exact, to be delivered on Friday 2/19, before noon. The delivery guy came at 11:45 am with the wrong order for a guy named Boris. When I called the customer service was fine and they said they would bring it by 3. The next delivery guy came around 4 and the bouquet was a very small presentation, the stems were no more than 3-4 inch stems. My boyfriend has ordered flowers from this same website before and usually with the regular size, which I ordered, you don't get the vase, jar or pot shown on the website, but you at least get the bouquet. This tiny presentation was unexpected and not worth $50 I spent. I called up this florist and the delivery guy gave me the info, and asks why it was so small and could I at least return it. On the call I was very nice and didn't yell, I didn't get a chance to complain even. I was put on hold a few times, which then had to explain my story each time I was taken off of hold, and then eventually I was hung up on. This was supposed to be part of a birthday surprise for my boss, where our whole department chipped in. By the time the delivery guy got there and the issues, she already left for the day because her husband surprised her with a nice date. Luckily, the delivery guy understood and took them back. This was all just a bad experience. Read moreThis is by far the WORST flower place I've ordered from and please take this as a warning to AVOID this place. I ordered a baby basket on June 14th (Fri.) and requested that it arrive that Tuesday (18th) but instead it arrived on Thursday (28th). I let that slide and order flowers for my mother's birthday TODAY at 10:57am. I even paid extra to have it delivered by 4/5pm . They waited until 2:40 to call and inform me they're having an issue with their system and would like me to verify, so I did. Then, she proceeds to tell me that I now need a letter from my bank with a letter head to send them. My question is how do I get all of that done in time for the expedited delivery I paid for. Also, why didn't anyone call me earlier to inform me so I could have time to do all of that which I find ridiculous. Especially if my billing address and address of delivery is literally the same place! The cherry on top is I was told I nor they can cancel my order that I have to wait a period for the system to do so due to lack of verification. Even though everything was verified except for the letter from my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! Just look them up on Tik Tok for all the horrible customer service and even flower arrangements...
