Original review: Not only were flowers delivered at the end of the day when my wife was no longer at work, but 4 days later they were dying. I chose this location since it is near her job, thinking she would get them early in the day, not almost at 5pm.

Very disappointing experience yesterday buying flowers for graduation. We came in and asked for a $50 bouquet in which the staff hurriedly put together a very messy, spare looking bouquet with minimal wrapping (just 1 plastic wrap, no paper to hold the stems/water), and no flower food. We had to ask for extra paper to hold the stems in which we received a shriveled plain white paper. The flowers shriveled and are dying less than 8 hours after purchase. This experience was especially disappointing since I received a beautifully made bouquet here from a friend here who purchased in 2022 (pics attached). I went to their website and left a request. Five minutes later someone called me back. This was a request for same day delivery. Rather than choose flowers from the photos on the website I explained the occasion and asked for them to use their judgement from whatever flowers seemed fresh. I set the price, gave the info for delivery and hoped for the best. That afternoon the recipient of my flowers called to thank me. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’d ever seen.
