So the first time I came here, had a horrible experience. I decided to go back and give it a second chance and I was happy with the boho style. Yesterday was my 3rd time and I must say never ever ever again coming here.

First off I don't understand how this shop has so many mirrors and not one customer is facing it. I never went to a hair shop and my back is facing the mirror instead of me facing in front of the mirror so that I can see the progress of my hair. But anywho, I got there close to 10am and didn't leave until 7:21pm just for some knotless box braids.

The first woman that started on my head I had to tell her to take it out when she started the second row because it was not coming out well.

The second woman that started on my hair, just kept walking away and coming back and did this for about two hours straight. When she finally reached the top of my head, it took her about one and a half hours to complete because she had to braid the end of my hair.

Once again, she left my hair to start on someone else's head and now I had the third lady to finish the top of my head. I kept telling her to please do not cut my hair. She explains to me that she's not cutting my hair. She's cutting the frizzy part that is sticking out, but I still felt like my hair was being cut. Even though I kept saying, you do not have to cut it she kept on saying that she's not cutting my hair.

It doesn't matter if you are not cutting my hair if I specifically said to stop cutting that means to stop cutting.

Then the fourth woman came to finish braiding the ends of my hair. At this point, I'm already frustrated and want to leave the shop. There are too many different hands in my head which shows that the braiding patterns came out differently and there were still a lot of frizz left and the parting was way off.

I really wanted to support this business, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for passion twists and ended up waiting over two hours with no stylist in sight. The owner eventually Ubered me and two other clients to another location because the stylist refused to come.

When I finally got there, I was told I would have to wait even longer because the stylist wasn’t close to finishing another client. On top of that, when I showed the picture of the style I wanted (small twists), I was told they don’t do that size and could only do medium. At that point, I walked out.

Time is valuable, and professionalism matters. It shouldn’t take hours of waiting, being shuffled between locations, and then being told what style I can’t get. I immediately went to another braiding shop where I was seated within minutes, my hair was washed, blown out, and they started twisting right away. That’s the standard clients deserve.

Took the plunge thanks to Tik Tok and went to get waist length boho knotless braids ( sizes medium). I went super early and made sure I ate and had water. I was the first one there and in less than 15 mins she started parting my hair. I bought my deep bulk hair the day before for the curls and she had me separating them as she braided. It did take 6-7 hours to do my hair but it was beautiful!!! Yes it eventually got crowded and loud but so what I paid $200 for bomb braids.
