Twins Lounge — Restaurant in New York

My review is for their atm. It has a skimmer on it. I was just in there last night having a great time playing pool. My partner’s card wouldn’t work when he tried to withdraw money that he absolutely had in his account. The transaction kept getting cancelled. I tried with mine and it worked fine. This morning I was contacted by my bank’s fraud department for attempts online at Walmart and Home Depot. Now I haven’t swiped my card anywhere in weeks due to Apple Pay and never use atms outside of banks (for this very reason). The one time I decided to, the very next day it’s compromised. Anytime I’ve had my card skimmed it’s hours after I’ve used an atm not in a bank. It’s unfortunate because I had a great time there, but I won’t be back as it’s cash only and I rarely walk around with that these days. This bar does one of the most horrible things a bar can do - they refuse to serve water at the bar. It’s so beyond frustrating. They try and point you to a “hydration station” that’s behind crowds and crowds of people. So you have to lose the spot you got amongst all the people to get a glass of water. I find it to be a big issue when a bar serving alcohol to their customers, refuses to provide water. The worst part of it all is when you ask the bartender they claim it’s because “they’re out of glassware” and when I pointed to the piles and piles of glassware behind him, the bartender was extremely rude to me. JUST GIVE ME A GLASS OF TAP WATER ! Is that so much to ask? And if your managers reallt don’t allow it, then blame it on...

i’ve been a patron of this bar for a year and a half and they rejected my friend and claimed that we were “coked addicts” because The bouncer on Saturday, July 26 2025 decided that he thought me and my friends were coked out because my male friend could not find his wallet. He accepted all three of our female ids… but not the male. We have been coming here 2 to 3 times a week for quite a long time and he decided that it was appropriate to call us out in front of a bunch of people in our own community.
