I went for the first time to get a full head balayage, and Crystal assisted me I showed her the picture of what I wanted to make sure she saw the same thing as me, she assured me that my hair would be perfect. At the end when she dried my hair it looked nothing like what I had shown her, regardless because it was lattice go back for I paid her, gave her a tip and she told me to go back for a Toner if I needed. 2 weeks later my hair looks orange so I contact the hair salon, and they never got back to me, I reached out 3 times at no avail, I wanted to love the place because I like close by and I often require hairstyles and other salon services but they were so unprofessional. I had a wonderful first appointment with Lola at Gloss Brooklyn last week! My hair has become wavy/curly in recent years and I had no clue what kind of cut I wanted or how to style my hair. Lola talked to me about what I wanted and was open to and proposed a cut to help me achieve my goal to bring out my hair’s new texture. I will never get my hair done anywhere else! Katie is a master at both cut and color. I have a pixie cut which people tend to cut too short. She does a perfect job, starting with a dry cut and finishing after a fabulous wash and head massage. The first time she colored my hair, I was amazed! No one has ever done biolage color on my hair.
