I went to this place for the first time after I purchased a 3 brazilian waxing package from Groupon.
First of all, I've been to several other waxing places for years without any problems, BUT this place was a first time I felt unpleasant. I never knew the waxing can be this hurting while I was getting it and even after I got it now. The young lady was just roughly did the waxing without NO PREP and so hurried to finish it, while she kept promoting their black friday deals. I wonder if all of their estheticians are like her at this spa. Hoping not since I have 2 more packages left.
Secondly, this another old lady was just taking my phone after she took me to the room - while I didn't even start getting waxing. She went outside with my phone to redeem my Groupon- which wasn't polite and odd, but I didn't mind it until they said this package will be expired on 1/6/2021.
I figured when she took my phone to redeem Groupon, I guess they saw the date '1/6/2021' on voucher which is a date I could either redeem or cancel the Groupon to trade in with other groupons.
But let me tell you it's not an expiration date! The expiration date was never mentioned and also they never said on their ad that I need to use up 3 packages within 5 weeks (I purchased this Groupon few days before I came). When I told the lady it's not possible to get 3 waxing within 5 weeks and I can't accept 1/6/2021 expiration date, this lady was telling me as if I am a weird customer who was asking this question for the first time. Kind of very ridiculous, but she ended up telling me I will need to call later to talk to her manager whom I am guessing it's the one who took my phone out very aggressively.
I visited there for the first time today, 11/27/2020. And you are expecting me to visit 2 more times in a month? That doesn't make senses at all.
Also - the WORST customer service who will scold you for not using up the deals asap! I will def avoid this place and would pay more to get a REAL WAXING AND...

As we were looking over the services online before our trip, one of my friends wanted to know the brand of organic wax the spa used so we contacted the spa to find out. The first person we spoke to did not know the brand they used so she went to ask someone else of higher authority. When that person came on the phone, she stated "they do not disclose that type of information." I asked her why and she basically did not have an answer and stated they use soft and hard wax (which clearly did not answer our question at all). Being that she would not disclose any information, I told her I would go to another spa for services and she very rudely said "Good, go ahead." Not once was I rude, nor did I yell or do anything abrupt so for her to say that at the end of the conversation let me know that our money would be better spent elsewhere to a spa that actually cares and doesn't mind disclosing product information that will be used on our bodies. if the customer service over the phone is bad, I could just imaging how the service would be. I refuse to tell you who I see since she is already so popular- sorry : ) but I choose to believe everyone is as good her and so knowledgeable about the products. 1- Facials just feel amazing 2-Its good for you and you'll look amazing 3- The fact that all their products are all natural was something I didn't realize would affect me as it did.
