Heritage Apartments @ 133 West 3rd St — Local services in New York

I was once a tenant in 133 West 3rd Street. I am very happy to stay there for these months. Our landlord manager, Yana, did her excellent work for us.

During my lease in current apartment, Yana gives me warm help and attention. On the first moment I arrived, Yana helped me to carry my heavy luggage to my apartment, guided me to buy some essentials at market and introduced me several useful markets like Trade Joe’s and IKEA. Yana reminds us of the arrivals of our deliveries and sometimes helps us take them to our doors. At the beginning of winter, Yana was very concerned about the temperature of our room and gave us some tips on life in New York. On Thanksgiving day, Yana also sent us posters of holiday wishes. Yana always answers and solves any problems I have timely, including my questions about apartment and life in New York. What I love the most is the location, it's accessible to everything I need. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there's one drawback to consider, it's a walk-up building with no elevator. While it wasn't a dealbreaker for me at first as I was informed during my virtual meeting that there are no elevators, I only realized that it was a bit more challenging especially on grocery days or post leg days at the gym.

Overall, a great choice for students looking for an affordable studio near NYU. Just be prepared for a little extra legwork if you're on a higher floor. Shoutout to Yana, the best...

The apartment was exactly what they show in the photos! Yana, the property manager, was perfect and communication was quick and easy through text. I was skeptical moving to NYC at first for a short term visit, but everything that Heritage offered was great! - the room, management, and location.
