Eko, the property manager here, is amazing! He is very accommodating and replies back to my texts whenever I need help very quickly.

I wanted a technician to come in and clean my AC filter because it was getting dusty, and Eko scheduled the technician to check it out literally the next morning!

Mr. Ah Hua, the technician, is also amazingly good at his job. He cleaned out my AC filter and wiped off all the dust that was on the AC in under an hour. My roommate didn’t need the AC filter cleaning, but Mr. Hua still offered to clean hers.

Ive been staying at this apartment for a few months, and could not recommend it enough! Having Eko as a property manager is a blessing, as he is always very kind and helpful towards his tenants. The Heritage Property Collection is absolutely incredible! The apartments are new, clean and spacious, and comes fully furnished. The apartments are fantastic weather here for the summertime, or year round.
