Highly recommend anyone who wants to try out kickboxing, want to be a part of a supportive community, release some strong emotions, be treated with care and respect, improve mental and physical health, establish a new routine, train your memory, and/ or meet some awesome people. I just finished my 100th class at Hit House, and it’s only been a couple of months. Yes, I go almost every day. On my way there right now. I’ve always wanted to try out kickboxing for years, but not know how to start, this was really perfect, the group sessions with individualized support as needed and wanted. This place is incredible, you can see that people like seeing each other, people enjoy being together. A diverse and beautiful community that even if you don’t know anyone, it feels like you know everyone. I love it so much. Adding a couple more notes: I have the early bird membership so I usually go in the morning before work. Perfect way to start the day, but the membership also works for the noon lunch class on weekdays so it’s good for flexibility. Gloves rental are included in the membership. There are showers and towels and body/face/hair products you can use to freshen up after class. Lockers and water fountains are also available. Truly recommend a try.

I ALWAYS love coming to Hit House for a work out. (This is actually where I started learning the basics of Muay Thai. My first instructor was Tyler, he's awesome.) Ever since then, I have truly fallen in love with the sport. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful; the classes are awesome cardio; the front desk is so kind; and this gym (even down to their bathrooms šŸ‘€) is SPOTLESS. I 10/10 recommend taking a class at this studio, whether you've taken Muay Thai before or just want a new, fun workout.

This place is awesome! Had a great workout here last night and they kicked my butt. I have been wanting to add a lot more cardio to my workouts and I think this is the perfect spot to do it. Plus it's fun and you learn self defense skills at the same time! I would recommend anyone check out Hit House. You won't regret it.

VERY DISSAPOINTED! I was super excited to finally try boxing out, and this place seemed nice and promising. BUT! I was 2min late because of some traffic which obviously wasn't planned and I guess happens to everyone sometimes. Anyway when I arrived I apologized for being late and then I experienced something unexpected.. I was part of an EXTREMELY RUDE "welcome" by Tyler, one of the instructors. I was shocked by the way he talked and treated me for that 2 minutes. I went to the locker room and decided to change back from my workout clothes and just leave this place as I don't tolerate this behaviour. While I was changing he came again and asked if I was still there... I said do not worry I'm about to leave. Then he said I can't take his class because I'm late and I should just get out.

Apart from that the place (what I've seen from it) is really nice and clean, I just regret he was in that bad mood.. probably just had a bad day or so but still he shouldn't have let out his feeling all over me. There are so many ways to respond without anger.. But I get it now why he only had 3 people in his class. He perfectly pushes the customers away and make them...

Mix real kickboxing instructors, the latest technology in heavy bags, awesome music, super clean facilities and a friendly vibe make getting into shape feel easy. The instructors here encourage you to push yourself while demonstrating real kickboxing punches, knees and kicks for a functional workout. There’s also a strength intermission with resistance bags to work legs, core, and some upper body elements to round out the cardio.

The new heavy bags and floors are low impact so you can work power and speed while minimizing impact to joints and injuries. The up-tempo music helps you push your intensity level and keeps it fun and engaging. All of this packed into an efficient 45 minute session checks a lot of boxes for me.

In addition, frequent sterilization of bags, equipment and floors give me comfort in the backdrop of COVID. While clean bathrooms, shower and lockers make it easy to fit into my busy schedule – I can squeeze in a quick workout before meeting friends out for dinner. This one is a no-brainer for...
