My fiancee and I have not stopped talking about how much we enjoyed choosing rings at Holden a couple of weeks ago. It truly could not have been a better and more enjoyable experience and that is all credit to Nico, the showroom manager with whom we made a wedding ring appointment. Not only was she so knowledgeable, but she expertly communicated all of the crucial considerations regarding choosing a wedding ring (ALL aspects of how it should fit, style constraints for sizing / resizing, style tips for how to wear the ring alone vs. with other rings over time, etc.) in a kind, clear, and really fun way. I personally have never worn rings or much jewelry, so the combination of Nico's supportive expertise and the fact that the store has a giant amount of sample rings of all styles and sizes made it so easy that I unquestionably had found my ring within five minutes of sitting down. It could not have been easier. The showroom itself is beautiful and the fact that the appointments are held in a private and comfortable space without a pushy salesperson made it all the more relaxing. In fact, Nico wrote down all of the ring information we decided on for us to take with us and did not pressure us into ordering right then if we weren't ready. It was clear that she wanted us to have an awesome experience. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience me and my fiancé had at your showroom shopping for our wedding bands. Nico was AWESOME!!! The place is beautiful and it was one of the most pleasant experience I have ever had in my life.

Making a big purchase like that is scary and when we had gone to other jewelry stores in the past to look at wedding bands, we were treated really badly. They were condescending, didn’t help us at all and it was totally overwhelming. Me and fiancé were sad and felt deflated, thinking we weren’t going to find rings. Or just have a bad story attached to how we got them.

When I say that I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at Holden, I mean it! Nico was FANTASTIC, incredibly kind, had rings already picked out for us when we got there and treated us like equals. We felt immediately welcomed! Nico was so attentive, listened to us and we felt 100% comfortable and at ease buying our rings.

Also Andrew was so amazing when we went to pick up our rings! He make sure we were happy with them before we left and we so appreciated that little extra care he put into make sure we were happy with everything!
