I ordered a sneaker online for pick-up at this store location . I was suppose to receive a follow-up email stating my order was ready for pick-up . I never received the email , I had to call the store to ask if my sneakers were ready . The manager tells me yes it’s ready I can come any time to get it . When I arrived at the store everyone seems confused on what their roles are . I asked a young man behind the cashier if he would be able to get my online order , he states that we have to wait in line because only the associates with a yellow lanyard can get it . I’m unsure what his job title was because he proceeded to just stand there behind the register doing absolutely nothing . I go get someone in the store walking around with a yellow lanyard , she quickly ask for my ID but don’t know the next step . So, she turns around to ask her co-worker to show her the sneakers than gives me back my ID . The coworker is annoyed because he was just going on break . The coworker gives her the sneakers to give me . This girl decides to give it the cashier & ask me stand in line to bag it up . Instead of her bagging the sneaker up & giving it to me since she already seen my ID & the item it paid for . TRAIN...
Read moreWorst possible "customer service". I've been into this location COUNTLESS times, have yet to get as much as hello. The team members literally just stand and talk to each other non stop.
You literally have to walk up front and find someine to assist you. They don't approach, don't ask if you need help. NOTHING. They talk and joke. The place is either seriously understaffed, or they don't even train them in customer service. Just hire them and put them in the sales floor. Wish I had a job where I could do nothing the entire shift and still get paid for it.
I just left the store (11/27) I liked a pair of shoes that I wanted to get. I stood and stood while the two guys up front just talked and joked around. They never once came back to ask if I needed anything. At one point, I waved the shoes in the air to get their attention. Nothing. I put the shoe back and left.
If you're looking for a place where you have to find someone to help you so you can spend your money, this is the location for you. Maybe the teens who shop for shoes don't care about the lack and absence of service, but some of us still value someone willing to...

If they tell you that you can’t use your JD sports coupons on: Jordan’s and Air force 1s. They are lying. It works on the website and at other stores, but they tell me no every time. If you’re a reseller spending lots of money do not let them take advantage. Report them to headquarters and use the points that you earned.
If they tell you that you can’t return jordan’s to the store, they are lying straight to your face. Read the store policy online if they ever try to refuse coupon use and certain returns.
Holiday season is approaching which means donations. Last year there was a scandal concerning them adding on extra donations as “bag fees” charging people $2-3 for a paper bag. Even added on multiple dollars when I purchased my Cool Greys. Last donation they made other resellers give $20 in order to get the shoe. This is unethical. Do not let them manipulate you into donating so that they can reach their goal.
Some of the rudest associates and managers I have...
