Hotel Indigo — Local services in New York

Horrible service. Parked in this garage located on the grounds of the Indigo Hotel by LGA. They advertised free shuttle service to and from the airport (which only runs by the hour so leave plenty of time), however the shuttle does not include any baggage help so be sure you can carry all your own luggage and get it on the shuttle without assistance. Once I finally made it to the airport, the driver began pulling away with my luggage in the vehicle. We literally had to run down the road banging frantically on the shuttle windows to get her to stop so we could get our own luggage out of the shuttle. On the return trip, the shuttle broke down and we were told it would take a long time to get someone out so we should get a taxi back. The taxi cost 34.99 and no refund was taken off my bill. The workers stated that no manager was available nor did they want to give a name or number or anyone to contact. Eventually I was given a number of a "Daniel Gromosak" however he has not returned my messages. Will contact my credit card to dispute the current charge. Look elsewhere for a reputable...

Convenient location to Citi Field and the US Open. About 10 minute walk to Flushing Main St 7 train station. Convenient parking attached to the hotel 30$/day. Be sure to call 30 minutes prior to needing your vehicle so you don’t have to wait for them to get it from the garage. The concierge was very friendly and attentive. Check in was simple. I really liked that check out is at 12pm. We were on 5th floor. Rooms are new and clean, bed was comfortable and clean. Our floor had a slight slope to it in the room which was odd but nothing other than a little bothersome. Also as others have stated the AC unit is loud! Very bad Supervisors working at this Garage. The only ones that help you are the employees. They were very kind & willing to help me out with anything. I got help from Bryan T and had no complains am always coming around the area with some friends to come eat and enjoy. Bryan had great customer service to then find out he got discharged. Customers seemed stressed due to how horribly supervisors and managers would have them. They lost a good employee...
