y’all I never do reviews but this one had to be done I went on Saturday with my sisters both of us got hair cut and blow dry and the other got root touch up off the bat it seemed like a really nice salon but once they got started I was a little confused they left my sister in the chair after her wash for 20 mins and they would switch back and forth with her and another customer which like okay that’s fine but they definitely did not pay attention to what she asked for maybe because they were so worried about the others? They talk guy came over to me and asked what I want and I tried explaining to him and showing pictures but instead of listening to me she shrugged me off almost like he was annoyed and was like “yea I know I know what to do” mind you he barely look at what I wanted and wow end result this man did NOT give me what I wanted he gave me layers at the top of my head and didn’t even think of blending it with the rest of my hair ? And then proceeds to straighten my hair which I didn’t ask for and didn’t even put any time of heat protectant I haven’t straightened my hairs in years! One of the worst hair cuts but at the end I still tipped in cash despite not liking it I crossed the tip option out on the paper as I had tipped him already and the lady next to him loudly says “aren’t you going to tip the washer” which mind you I was about to go do? They also tried up charging my other sister claiming she got hair treatment that she didn’t ask for and they just told her it was apart of the process and the lady had the audacity to say “you should’ve asked” and despite all that she still asked for a tip?!? Man I’m telling you I hate this place and don’t even think about going, this place shouldn’t even be in business!! Truly unethical and unprofessional please save yourselves their a bunch...

RUN worse experience ever , I saw a promo and decided to give a shot to this place , when I walk in I ask just for conditioner and blow dry, mind you the promo includes a haircut and I skip this part ( thank God ) the guy blow dry my hair in 10 minutes my hair is alway under my lower back , and once my hair was dry I saw my ends destruyes and my hair dry and matte , when I walked in in this salon my hair was healthy and I did not have my ends destruyes , I ask to the girl in the front desk if I can see please what they used to wash my hair because definitely to my hairs doesn’t work so that way on the future I can be more careful, I was nice and patient in my mind was the product winde everyone has different type of hair . Tell me how from one moment to another a guy next to her snap and star arguing in Korean ( so unprofessional. ) and hit the desk because once y try to leave they don’t allowed it because I have to leave tip ( even I wasn’t ent happy with my results ) how they can messed up my hair when they suppose just to wash and dry. I show a picture of my hairs two days ago before I walk to this salon , since they don’t allow me to walk out with out tip I send a Zelle $5 yeah I know I should left $0 even worse for the nasty actitud of the other person. They messed up my hairs and still I have to leave tip and swallow they...

if only i could give negative star, i would. last week i went to ask how much hair coloring would cost, i showed them the pic and they said 280 so i went back today to do the service but the price shot up to 450 so i got confused. they said it's bec they bleached my hair twice, but they did that bec the girl who bleached my hair started coloring my hair from the roots down which turned out uneven, with the roots more light. also they were very rough with my hair. i have thin hair and i already bleached my hair a lot of times before and i have never had any stylist brush my hair so roughly, i could see so much hair on the brush and my scalp hurts! i'm never going back here again and i won't recommend this place...
