Update: unfortunately I had to decrease my review after receiving the product, because the measurements were off and the store associate put in my order incorrectly, causing me to receive the wrong product. I requested four pairs of female silhouette pants, and the order was placed (and I received) male silhouette pants. When the store associate had me review the order, I didn't see any section for the silhouette selection, so I clarified with her and she confirmed it was the female silhouette. I went in for a fit appointment at the Madison Ave storefront, and they said the order was placed for male silhouettes. They retook my measurements using the female silhouette template and put in an order to remake it, but it was extremely frustrating that I wasted 4 weeks (3 weeks for the order to arrive and 1 week to get a fit appointment). It really was a complete waste of time because we didn't even get any measurements tweaks, we had to restart from scratch with the template. Honestly, I really regret placing an order with the Soho Showroom, there were just too many mistakes in the process. I feel like I should have placed the order myself or went to a different showroom.
I had a great fitting experience. The store associate was very friendly and helpful. However, I'm knocking down a star because the store associates should be more knowledgeable about product pricing and current sales. I would strongly recommend anyone who is planning to make a showroom order to first go to the website and look through all the deals yourself to make sure the store is applying all the applicable discounts.
I made an in-store order on September 1, when the Labor Day sale was going on. I had to tell the store associates helping me that there was a 25% off sale and what promo code to use. I ordered one suit and three pants. If you order extra pants with a suit, the price is $139 instead of $199. However, she entered in the order as three separate suit pants ($199) instead of three extra pants ($139). I was able to get store credit for the difference, but I wish this situation didn't happen at all. I think a bit of additional training regarding store promotions and product pricing would help prevent this situation...

I had eagerly purchased a tuxedo from Indochino, believing in their "Fit Promise" that assured me of a perfect fit. However, upon receiving the tuxedo, I discovered that it required a simple alteration to meet my requirements. When I approached the sales associate for assistance, rather than offering a solution, they shockingly suggested that I get an entirely new tuxedo made. Can you believe the audacity?
Against my better judgment, I followed their advice, thinking I would receive a high-quality, well-fitted tuxedo befitting my special day. But what did I get instead? A shoddy, ill-fitting black suit with none of the features I specifically requested, like satin lapels or a stripe on the pants. It was like a cheap imitation of what I had paid for.
With my wedding date rapidly approaching, I now find myself without a proper tuxedo for the most important day of my life. Indochino's gross incompetence has left me feeling utterly betrayed and ripped off. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' satisfaction is appalling.
When I reached out to the company for a refund, they coldly dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. They seem to be content with taking advantage of innocent customers like myself, leaving us stranded without any recourse.
I warn all prospective customers to steer clear of Indochino and their deceptive practices. Their false promises and complete disregard for customer satisfaction have left me in a dire situation with no suitable attire for my wedding. I regret ever trusting this company and vow never to shop here again.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Indochino at all costs. Your special occasions deserve better treatment and respect than this fraudulent company is capable of providing. Save yourself the heartache and find a reputable, trustworthy vendor who truly cares about...
Read moreI did not anticipate I’d be writing a 5 star review of indochino after my first experience. I thought I’d be walking away disappointed with a suit I could only wear half of. BUT Usmaan in SoHo came through.
As a curvy woman looking for a flattering androgynous suit, I knew what I was looking for would be hard to find. I was adamant that I didn’t want to look like Hilary Clinton but also didn’t want to look like I was wearing my dad’s suit. So after searching, I opted to invest in the custom route at Indochino.
The experience of making selections was a bit overwhelming but it was cool how many things could be customized. Then I was measured and waited for the suit to be delivered. I tried it on and was bummed by how off it was, but knew they had said it can take a few rounds of alterations to get it right (keep this in mind if planning for an event - leave yourself two months). So I went back, had two separate rounds of alterations and although the suit jacket was fine, the pants were still very unflattering and far from anything that seemed custom fit to me. I was frustrated that there was not much more they could do and was offered a discount for a future purchase.
I held it together but was pretty devastated to have spent so much on a suit I couldn’t even wear. Before walking out, I asked Usmaan if there was anything else that could be done because at that point, I wasn’t planning to return to use said discount. He was empathetic said he’d ask about a remake and be in touch.
A week later I heard back with approval! I was thrilled. As Usmaan measured me himself, I found out that person who did my original measurements made an error and sized me up too much in the template pants which was the main source of the problem. I was so relieved that I requested to have the situation made right and that Usmaan got the remake approved.
