Update on my earlier review After several attempts, they finally provided the refund, which I appreciated. It was still a bit of work to get that result but I wanted to acknowledge that they did do the right thing.

Old review I will not take this down unless the company does something to make my situation right. My 16-year-old daughter gave me a list of stuff for Christmas that she wanted all of which came from this company that I never heard of. Before I made the purchase, I looked to see if it was a legitimate company and lo and behold it looked like it was, however what I didn’t do was check the reviews beforehand. My shipment arrived in time for Christmas. Hence the reason why I have one star there, however, more than half of the merchandise was not included. The email confirmation said it would be in one shipment, so I didn’t think to review the items beforehand. I did what most parents do and checked the merchandise the day before Christmas since that was when I was sitting down and wrapping. I then noticed that the contents were missing a lot of stuff. My daughter opened up the gifts on Christmas and asked where everything was and we went through item by item on the email to identify what we didn’t get. I immediately emailed the company and they did respond right away but they’re asking me for photos of the things that I got and the photos of the package. They did not mention that they will investigate this. It looks like this is all on me now. Honestly, it may not even be worth my time and energy to solve for this. To put in perspective, I don’t normally shop in companies like this. I have one son that asked me for Gucci loafers for work and brands like Lulu, Vuori, Athletifreak, etc. I will never make this mistake again no matter what an influencer pushes on my daughter. I have placed an online order to be shipped to United Arab Emirates of a value of approximately AED 700 (around 5 pieces) I was also charged AED 45 for international shipping. one item arrived damaged and the other one smaller than it should be, so I requested a return and I was asked to drop it to DHL, the return shipping fee was after discount AED 400, how on earth is this reasonable so I decided not to ship the stuff and throw them away, the total amount of my returns are half of the shipping cost. I make online orders all the time from all over the world and I’ve never faced such an online rip off like that, a company like yours should not offer international online shopping if you can’t provide returns and exchanges service with decent cost; so you want me to pay around 120$ and cut 4% if the refund amount for something you failed in, one item is damaged and the other came in petite version. I’ve had the worst experience with trying to contact this brand and receive help. I followed the directions that came with my order because one of my shirts ripped before I could even wear it and when asking for assistance via their email within the timeframes they told me, I never received a response. I reached out twice the way that the receipt told me to. Somehow though, when I submitted a message via their website I received one response (from the SAME exact email account) but then began to be ignored once again. By the time I received that one reply they were trying to say I was out of time to request. I forwarded the proof of my original two emails and never heard back. Terrible customer service. Disputing with my bank. Some of the clothes are cute but I do not recommend for thicker girls. If you have any meat on your body this is not the store to shop.
