Today's negative review ❌ Queuing up to buy tickets, even though we are in front, we serve foreigners first. It's our turn. No matter what we say, the staff just don't support the children with penguins, they don't even pay, and they say that the children are too tall and dangerous ☢️ It can be seen that even foreign children who are not shorter than us are sent to others for household use [laughing through tears]. This is not discrimination, but it cannot be justified Because last time we went to play, we used it well and the staff were also very nice! The staff's service was really poor this time [weak]. The child said he won't come again... so he walked around the guardrail twice and stopped playing! No longer recommending to friends, who knows if they will encounter the same problem as me?

We've enjoyed this rink in past years but it has really gone downhill. They have a new policy that people have to change into the skates inside in their very small room, so it took forever just to move through the line to get our skates. It’s a small rink and was so overcrowded it didn’t feel safe (people kept running into my son, which was actually understandable because it was hard to move). There were so many people (most of them new to skating) that they had only been open for about a half hour and the ice was totally chopped up – big pieces of ice on the rink. I’m a decent skater and thought it was totally unusable. The rink itself is also in disrepair (e.g. the handrail at the rink entrance is broken). We waited about 20 minutes just to get in and get our skates, and then left after about 5 minutes of skating. I asked for a refund because I thought it was unsafe. They were pretty rude about it and said the limit is 80 people and too bad if I didn’t like it. I think they are just trying to get as many people in as possible. We love going to IC in general and would love to be able to skate here but for $50 for two people with skate rentals, it is an...

I was really disappointed in this. It’s a very small rink but would still have been fun but the ice was in TERRIBLE condition and the rental skates are so blunt that it was almost impossible to skate. The conditions made it dangers to be out there, so my son and I stopped skating after five minutes on the ice, after paying $50 for skates plus ice time. Staff said they regularly cleaned the ice but it’s clear they had not properly smoothed it for...
