Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable.

We put in an order for a cabinet on Thursday and told them that we would stop by to pick up on Saturday. That all went smoothly enough, considering we were handing them money to put down for a deposit and all.

Saturday rolls around, no phone calls from them, so everything must be in place and ready, right? WRONG!

This is what happened, we called them again when we were about 10 minutes form their store, so they can prepare the furniture for us to pick up and they said OK. When we got to about 3 minutes from their store, they called back to say that they did not have the item we were buying in stock or in their warehouse and that our only choice would be to take the floor sample. Now that would have been fine if their floor sample were in any decent shape, it was NOT!

Sadly to say, we wasted a morning, and I can frankly say that i will not buy anything from this company fromm this experience. This tells me that they don't give a crap about you or your time and they'll do the in the most unprofessional...

Unacceptable Delivery Failure and Poor Service

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for several years, but the delivery service I received recently was entirely unacceptable and has unfortunately lost my future business.

The scheduled delivery window was from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The delivery crew arrived late, pulling up at 3:45 PM—which was 15 minutes before my building's strict receiving cutoff time.

Then the team discovered they had brought the incorrect screws necessary for the assembly. Due to this failure in preparation and inventory, half of the appointment had to be rescheduled to another day, wasting a significant portion of my time. Same issue happened for the 2nd appointment and they came hours after they initially said they would deliver.

Purchased a sofa and a loveseat at the Brooklyn Location. Dealt with Thomas Ma who is the Manager of that location. Put a small deposit and had the delivery scheduled on a Saturday with a 7 hour window. The deliver team came at 11:30 AM on a Saturday morning (they called us half an hour ahead). Delivered the furniture and install the metal legs. They were quick. When I asked if they will remove the packaging materials, they informed us that the packaging materials is part of the furniture and they can put it outside. They won't take it.
