HORRIBLE!

This was an extremely disappointing experience. None of my friends who joined me for the hair dyeing experience had a positive outcome either!!! I had hoped for a smooth gradient from an all-gray finish at the tips to black at the roots. However, the result was far from what I expected. Instead of a gradual transition, the gray color started from the tips, and there were numerous black strands throughout the gray hair. This made me look like my grandmother, and it was the first time I felt like crying after dyeing my hair! In less than 5 minutes after seeing the result, I wanted to go back to black. A truly, very, very unsatisfactory experience! They handled my hair roughly, causing significant pain as strands were forcefully pulled off. Even after I repeatedly asked them to be gentler, they retorted that others don't complain about pain, subtly implying that I was being overly sensitive. My hairdresser, upon seeing my dissatisfaction with the result, consistently shifted the blame onto me, citing my request for a gradient style and even mentioning the uneven length of my hair. Although he eventually apologized, it did little to alleviate my disappointment. Despite the major mishap, I still paid the full amount. However, I received a cold attitude because I didn't tip. U TELL ME, SHOULD I TIP????!!!!! I SHOULDN'T EVEN PAY!!!!

P.S. The owner did come out to apologize and offered a 25% refund, but given the choice, I would prefer to have my original hair back rather than the money returned!!! It isn't an exaggeration to say that they work miracles here. As someone who has naturally curly/frizzy hair as well as a high hairline, I always wished that I could have one of those popular Asian hairstyles but had resigned myself to never being able to make it happen. However, seeing Jason and his team's amazing work on social media, I decided to reach out and see if they could help me. My Mandarin skills are extremely limited, but thankfully Fiona, a member of the staff, was able to translate and convey my requests to Jason perfectly. Then with Jason's skillful design and the rest of the team's hard work, they were able to prepare my existing hair (straightening, color, cut) and create the perfect hairpiece for achieving the style I was looking for. I'm extremely happy with the end result and I finally feel like I won't have to be self-conscious about my hair everytime I go out!
