A few days ago I called their office to acquire if they offer prenuptial agreement counseling. I even confirmed multiple times to make sure they will be able to help me when I go there. They ensured that they can do it, so I continued to make an appointment with them over the phone. When I arrived at their office the next day, one lady at the front desk asked me about some personal information for their “registration”. Not long later another lady from the front desk sat me in a room and asked me a bunch of questions regarding my situation. I asked to just directly see the lawyer, but she told me no, it’s a part of their procedure. So, I gave them a bunch of information. After that, I was asked to wait in another room to see the lawyer. Soon after, one of the lady from the front desk came in and told me that they don’t offer help regarding my situation and asked me to leave. I don’t understand why they needed two people from the front desk to ask me so many questions and they clearly told me over the phone a day ago they can help me which is why I came. After wasting 30 minutes they told me they can’t help and asked me to leave. After I left, I realized I left some of personal information with them, so I wanted to come back to retrieve all of it and properly dispose it. They refused to open the door and spoke through the speaker on the door telling me they don’t need those information and they already “shredded it” so I left.

The next day, I received a call from them, even though they “shredded all my information”, threatening to start an investigation on me because “I left a bad review” online. They told me that I need to remove the post immediately or else they will start the investigation. I thought about leaving a review, but I haven’t had the chance and the name of the person they claimed to have written the review wasn’t even me. I told them that it wasn’t me and they even accused me of putting a fake name to leave the review. I was furious at how unprofessional they were and how bad of a business they are running. This is supposedly a professional lawyers' office but the way they treat their clients shows how unethical their practices are. Unlike my prior attorney who after I pay then I can never talk to him anymore because only when I pay he was interested in talking to me. She is different. Attorney Wang was reachable everytime I called and did not pass me off to her assistant ever. I only had to deal with the front desk for my first consultation. Afterward, it was all her. And she was the one working on my case and not her assistant. She is also very direct. My prior attorney could never tell me the truth. But with her, all I get is the truth and so I always knew what was going on in my case. She let me know everytime something happened in my case. While my prior attorney never called me after he took my money. I asked for many attorney for help on my son’s. I heard about attorney Wang through a friend of mine. At first when I came to ask if she can take my son’s case I was suprised at how difference she is compare to other attorneys and I was very ignorded at all the produres just to meet with her. But I understand why after meeting with her. She is knowledgeable not only in immigration but also in criminal. She gave her very detailed layout of what she can do to get my son out.
