Here's the problem - COMING ACROSS a JENNIFER FISHER SALE : why? THERE WASNT ENOUGH TIME ,TOO MANY PEOPLE BUYING BEFORE ME THAT GOT TO PICK STUFF I COULDN'T AND DIDN'T GET TO SEE/SELECT FROM THE GOODS PILES,AND I DIDN'T BRING ENOUGH DOUGH... UGH!
Lets call my very happy NYC accident "JF Poppin !!!" Or a much deserve New York style "Street cred to JF" literally!!!.... And props to every jewelry loving woman who waited as long as they did -- looking out for each other on line (and those past their lunch time.) And to those awesome guys buying for their loves - without knowing - a Brad Pitts style 'Seven' WHAT'S IN THE BOOOOX!!!" ...and super kudos to that one guy who had no idea what he was on line for, BUT he waited anyway, because HE HAD TO BUY HIS GIRL SOMETHING, as he mentioned... HEY ! This is to His girlfriend - he's a keeper!!! Really! Dare I call this happy accident the best (if this was a) POP-UP SHOP in old NYC? Great SAMPLE SALE STYLE-Ever! And Thanks for All the goodies that were offered (cold water and tasty ice pops.)....and with that said, I Must also note: Jennifer's very cool crew/Team (and to the BRAT PACK older gents - 'THE OVERSEERS' ) -- were absolutely NICELY-polite,professional,considerate and organized to the 9! Which Made that sale more inviting -- the 3x I went back -- Yes! It was that awesome! I have to say , all my years of high end designer sample shopping THIS WAS TRULY A LUCKY moment for the few who bared waiting for some JEWELRY GOODS (without even knowing what was being offered)
So, I'm totally Grateful for my BEAUTIFULLY-AWESOME selection and the prices!!! @$#$, Girl! Love my pieces! BEST.SALE.EEEEEEVER! Did I already say that!...point is, THANK YOU! To Jf and her merry crew!

Read moreI absolutely love this brand and I own many pieces of jewelry from JF. I’m only giving it three stars based on my experience with repairs. I had gotten some earrings for Mother’s Day and a few weeks later one of the post broke off of one of the earrings- I had only worn them once. I contacted the repairs department, they sent a form for me to fill out, all my contact info noted and I returned the earrings to the New York location. I had proof of delivery via UPS. Almost a month later - and I did not receive any follow up regarding the repairing of my earrings or if were they being sent back. I had to call to follow up to figure out what was going on with the return and status of repairing the earrings. They ended up sending me a replacement pair, which I’m grateful for, however, had I not called to follow up would I have ever received follow up from them? I don’t know if this is a one-off situation but if someone is going to send in jewelry for repair- A follow up that the product was received and an update on the status of whether it can be repaired or not would be...

Any jewelry purchased that is gold plated will not last. This brand is jacking up the price and charging $300+ for jewelry that won’t last longer than two years before the platting comes off.
Mind you, I purchased a pair of $350 hoops from this brand specifically because I wanted platted hoops that would last longer than those less expensive one. Shame on me for assuming that a higher price tag would come a better quality product, and something that would last longer than the less expensive option.
I did reach out to the company using their “repair request” form on their website. The response I received was completely unsatisfactory and they told me they couldn’t help and that player jewelry does this.
Shame on this company and their scammer ways to jack up the price of their products to seem more legit and luxurious.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away...
