It turns out that it just needed to be fixed and the person there showed me how to make it stop from happening in the future, turns out I was just being too rough with it, so that was great! I then got curious about the piercings and they were able to fit me in that day! Eric pierced my ear for me and he took great care with the whole process. Came here for a cartilage piercing and had an entirely positive experience. Carissa at the desk was friendly and helpful when I was choosing the jewelry, and Reign was great with the piercing. He explained the whole process, including aftercare, and made sure I knew what he was doing next. He was also incredibly sanitary and changed gloves a couple times!
