Adobo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

This place is absolutely incredible! Since it opened not too long ago, I’ve been here 4-5 times, and each visit just gets better. The quality and flavor keep improving, and it genuinely blows me away every time. Imagine Chipotle, but with tastier food, better prices, and way bigger portions—you really get so much for your money!

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are unbelievably kind and go out of their way to make your experience special. On my last visit, one of the staff members noticed I was loading up on hot sauce and asked if I liked really spicy food. Stick to CHIPOTLE! the food is tasteless, the name of the restaurant does not match the authenticity of the food! I am of latin culture and this food taste nothing of "Mexican Grill" pls don't be fooled, the food isn't the worst but it's definitely not what I was expecting being that it's trying to copy chipotle! If you order in advance on mobile, they'll tell you your order is ready, they'll text you, but then start making it only after you've arrived.

That’s the routine at Adobo on Graham Avenue. No matter how far in advance you order, they won’t prepare your food until you arrive. It’s not a one-time thing, it’s every time. And when you ask why, the manager doubles down: “We want to give you a fresh order.” I asked for my order to be ready when I got there, which is the whole point of ordering ahead.
