This company has gone above and beyond any expectation in terms of customer service, specifically services after the sale! Their business model is one of a kind and has got me hooked on their brand and products like no other company. I had an issue with one shoe I bought from their shop, so I sent an email explaining that I needed a solution to fix it. I didn't want to return it because I liked the shoe and found it very comfortable, but things happen. I wasn't a noisy or dramatic customer. Yet, they sent a return voucher to assess the damages, and after two weeks, they sent a check for a shoe I bought two years ago! I will always buy my shoes from them going forward. AMAZING SERVICE! We were among the Christmas crowds today in NYC and found a wonderful sanctuary in our favorite store, Johnston & Murphy on Madison Ave. Malik H. took great care of us and went above and beyond with his solution for a slight jacket repair.
