Kate Spade — Local services in New York

I was visiting NYC from out of state and while walking through SoHo, decided to stop in the Kate Spade store, not knowing at first that it was the original store which I was delighted to learn. I actually went to this store two days in a row since it was walking distance from my hotel. The first day I bought myself a laptop bag that has been working perfect for me and my busy life as a student. I loved my experience there so much I decided to go back the next day and get my mom a handbag, which she loves. Cory and Felicia both did an excellent job helping me find what I was looking for and they were two of the kindest people I met in the city. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Love this store love the clothes and I always buy. The recent buy was the pink coat with the red faux fur. I always get fun items from Kate spade. I always feel appreciated. For those that don’t know Cynthia is top tier in customer service. If you want something and they don’t have it she will find it for you. She is attentive and she listens to my thoughts and then she will try to make a connection with a piece that she thinks I may like. People will never forget how you make them feel and Cynthia makes me feel like spending money at this store, and I always come to this store because I like the way I’m treated. I had a great experience at this location. There was singing, lights, a big tree and great customer service. I was helped by Felicia and Cynthia, and another pretty lady that I didn’t catch her name. They all greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me make another purchase as well. I also loved the mixed culture of the workers which made me feel comfortable given the area. I loved it. This is the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life ! Everybody was happy and personable. I truly enjoyed myself, it felt like I was around girlfriends.
