I don’t love leaving bad reviews but we were pretty disappointed in this place. First off, it is NOT A KIDS HAIRCUT PLACE! It’s a regular salon. Don’t expect anything catered to kids i.e. tvs, car chairs, toys or anything. Literally just a regular salon that cuts hair. So the advertising is completely false. They also charge $50 for a kids haircut. FIFTY dollars. That is absolutely insane. And by the way, the owner told me to leave an 5-star review when I checked out for 10% off which I think might be illegal? Even a kids specific place only charges $30-40. Had I known all of this, I would’ve just gone to QB cuts where the haircuts are $20, because it’s also a regular salon…the only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because I actually like the guy who did the haircut. I don't have to find a sitter for my daughter and make time for the salon, now I just bring the little girl with me! So I wanted my daughter's haircut to be a good experience. After much research, I decided to go to this place because of the reviews. I called to make an appointment and they were very kind and accommodated us very quickly. Great atmosphere! We will definitely be back - thanks for a...
Read moreWe went to get a hairdo for my daughter and asked for suggestions, but none of the staff knew how to do a proper hairstyle. The stylist they assigned suggested curls because it was the easiest option, yet she couldn’t even do that properly. I paid $80 just to have my daughter’s hair tangled, with curls that weren’t even defined. She didn’t even know how to do a simple half-up ponytail. If you don’t know how to do something, don’t offer the service—just be honest and say you can’t. Very...
