I really hate to write this review but I have to⌠I was so thrilled to take my puppy to Kimomi Pet for her first grooming. Iâve seen their instagram posts and good reviews about grooming services. However my experience of this place wasnât that pleasant. The workers donât really acknowledged about grooming. I didnât get any messages/ call when the grooming was done, I just estimated myself and went back after 2hrs. I didnât get the grooming style as I wanted. Her face frame wasnât looking round as I asked for. Also, her fur was a bit longer than I wanted. When I paid for the service the clerk told me itâs $120 (small dog fee) + teeth brushing $10. I said my dog is xsmall (2.6lb) so it should be $100. Seriously, do they not even weigh dogs here to check? Plus my dog is quite tiny. My puppyâs fur wasnât evenly trimmed. I was so upset how they spent 2hrs and didnât get their jobs right. I went back to get my dog trimmed again then they brought the groomer + maybe an assistant groomer. The main groomer told me an excuse that she tried not to stress out my puppyâs first grooming experience and bc puppy fur is too soft at this months thatâs why. I understand some parts but seriously my puppy looked like a first time groomer done the job. Other parts were okay but uneven trimming? And I paid $110 + 20% tips? Nonsense! After they redid the grooming it got better. Yes the main groomer apologized but still gave me the excuses which couldnât be the excuses of what theyâve done. Overall the groomers didnât look professional and not giving me clear answers on my questions about the grooming services that they did.. maybe not much experienced? Idk. They asked for the vaccination documents so I sent them through their email address but it seemed like no one checked it prior to my appointment. After I sent my documents the day before my appointment I DMed them if all the documents are okay but no replies after reading my msg. I honestly think I wonât come back here for the grooming services⌠I felt that I canât trust the clerks and groomers.. for me taking my puppy to this place wasnât worth it.. super disappointed.. I hope other owners donât...
Read moreWe wanted to check out the cats and dogs that they are selling, and we been told one party at a time so we waited for almost half hour for previous party finish. When itâs our turn, they ask us to pay $50 non-refundable âdepositâ just to enter the petting zone. The âdepositâ could use as store credit towards the products in the store. we were planing to buy some treats anyway, so we pay the $50 with no problem. 5mins after, they open the gate and letting the rest of people who were in line into the petting zone. Dude, we waited almost 30mins to get in, and after we got in thereâs no line anymore all the sudden?! And I donât see you asking them to pay the âdepositâ? Not to mention the store is selling everything doubled price including cats and dogs. You got that dog from Korea with airplane ticket and full vaccination included with 1/2 guaranteed!! Also, when I asked how old is the dog, she told me itâs 3 or 4 month. Whatâs the dogâs birthday? Itâs 3 month or 4 month you donât even know? Where you get them from. Jesus! Go shop other...
Read moreAvoid this place at all costs. While the puppies may seem adorable at first glance (imported from Korea), the reality behind this shop is alarming. The owners, driven solely by profit, show little concern for the well-being of the animals. Upon entering, we witnessed one of the employees brushing a curly-haired puppy so aggressively that it yelped in painâa heartbreaking sight. The puppies are confined in cramped, poorly ventilated boxes, completely unsuitable for their health and comfort.
Adding to the horror, the store enforces an outrageous policy: you must pay $50 just to hold or interact with a puppy. While they claim this amount will go toward the purchase if you decide to buy, itâs non-refundable if you donâtâessentially a coercive tactic to extract money from potential customers. I left immediately, deeply disturbed. This is not only unethical but borders on animal cruelty. Shameful business practices that should...
