Stumbled upon this place when I was scrolling through instagram. I noticed that the account followed two of my mutuals so I decided to give it a try! After inquiring about the services, Kenno responded within the first ten minutes of my question. He was extremely helpful and attentive so I decided to book with him the next day.

When I arrived at the salon, he was very welcoming and friendly. One thing that a lot of my previous hair salons don’t do is be upfront and honest about the condition/ damage of my hair. Kenno was absolutely sincere and truthful about my damaged hair since my previous salon left the bleach in for too long. He gave me tips on how to protect myself from bleached hair and ended up using another method to lighten my hair without bleach to minimize the damage.

The staff at this salon was also extremely friendly as Kenno’s assistant/ coworker was offering me food like watermelon and Chinese food throughout my appointment. She was extremely caring and made sure that I was comfortable.

The end result was absolutely beautiful. Every one of my friends and family agreed that Kenno’s service was a massive upgrade from the damaged hair color that I previously had. He even gave me tips and product recommendations on how to maintain my hair color. The price was also very reasonable! Extreme ashy and damage I did get the refund however I stayed until 2 am and I came in at 1 pm. I don’t mind 300 dollars I didn’t bargain I was asking him about the process and how long I was gonna be there however I did had to go to another hair Salon and they told me my hair was left too long on the lifting solution that I had to cut my hair and he also didn’t have the dye I told him caramel and he kept telling me to buy something of from Amazon so it give the similar effect I was sad since my hair was healthy and that was always my question if my hair was going to be healthy . my sister had a good experience here however I didn’t and was mostly upset the result with all the bleaching and lifting I went too two salons and they all told me the same thing that my...

Stumbled upon this place by chance, and I’m so glad I tried it. I have had a lot of experiences of bad haircuts, ranging from too cheap to too expensive for no reason. Kenno is a very experienced and understanding person. He and I talked over the haircut I would like, we went over the trim, layering, bangs, and split ends.
