There are many things that are done right at Dr. Chin’s office and I don’t even know where to begin with. Who wouldn’t want to go to an office like Koru, that has Andrea who is the sweetest medical assistant I’ve ever met? A technician who gives the most gentle facial treatments, and most important, a kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced doctor who treats you with her caring hands? I’ve been going to the office for over three years now and I’ll keep going as long as Dr. Chin is in practice. Dr. Chin is not the aesthetician you usually see in a dermatologist office, not only she is so skillful and knowledgeable and I 200% trust her with my face, but also she is a natural born beautician — she always give me the best treatment recommendations and being thorough with the process, which helps me understand my face more than ever. I am approaching 40, Dr. Chin’s magic hands definitely help me stay many years younger. She is also so kind and ethical, would never ever push me to buy treatments/products, in fact, she gently recommended me NOT to do certain things and explained why (mainly because I didn’t need them). About 1-2 times/year I do general Botox/fillers treatments, every time I am extremely satisfied with the results. My experience with Dr. Vivian Chin was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes a thoughtful approach to care for each patient. She took the time to understand my needs and was able to recommend an effective skincare products regiment and a great plan for me. What's special about her is that she does not push you to do anything and respects your decision.

I was recommended by my friend to get botox and fillers, which is Dr.Chin's specialty. She raves about the whole experience. If you aren't comfortable to get the injections, she won't push you to do it. I opted to do the platelet rich plasma instead. She was very skillful and meticulous with the procedure. The result was so natural looking. My melasma was much improved, feeling more confident in my own skin. Though I have used many other medications before coming to her.

I loved doing the dermalinfusions. After the whole experience, I felt my face so radiant, clean and younger looking. I can't wait to have the Fresh Collagen facial done next time. To start I must say that I am clueless when it comes to skincare. Acne used to be the very bane of my existence, and that is not to even mention how dry my skin felt after using common over the counter acne creams and washes. After much insistence from my best friend to see Dr. Chin, I finally scheduled a appointment. It was the best thing I could’ve done and I wish I had done it sooner. The minute you walk in to see the receptionist you are greeted with a smile and a calm, relaxing environment. The city can be cruel to our sanity, though you’ll forget how the subway ride here was crowded and delayed the minute you take a seat and are given a glass of water. I’ve gone to see Dr. Chin now for several times, and she is absolutely amazing! She answered all my silly questions without annoyance and recommended products that were affordable to my tight budget and catered to my specific skin needs.
