hands down the worst service I have ever been recieved. The barber that "serviced" is not just unskilled—they’re downright rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.

I walked in expecting a simple haircut. The barber clearly had no idea what they were doing, and when I pointed out (MULTIPLE times) that my hair didn’t look right, they ignored me and kept cutting. I even showed reference photos. My hair just ended up looking choppy instead of a blow out with layers. The layers were too short and he curled my hair with a curling iron instead of a blowout, which is what I said I wanted. He kept saying he knew what he was doing after I pointed out that it wasnt what I wanted. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

And the attitude? Instead of fixing their mistakes or asking me how i felt about his "service", he said i shouldnt cry when I got emotional about my botched hair. Yes, I cried—because when you trust someone with your hair and they butcher it it sucks. Instead of showing an ounce of professionalism or kindness, they acted like I was the problem.

To make things worse, he gave me nasty looks when I cried and left without tipping. This place is an absolute joke. Save yourself the nightmare and go literally...

Not good. Came here for the first time. Show them a photo of what I wanted to cut and the process. They said they can cut it and know how to. After the cut, my hair is completely different from the photo. A bowl cut. Kept on saying how it needs to be layered, and show them the video and how it looks liked. The guy keep on saying how I need a perm $100 to make it look good, when the hairstyle I showed him is natural and didn’t need perm. The side and the back looks completely destroyed.

The 2 sides are uneven. The back looks utterly disgusting. I don’t even know how I can show my face to other people because of this.

My 1 star review led to me being spam called by this store with 3 different phone numbers forcing me to delete this review when I am being completely honest. The haircut I got looks completely different if not totally different from what I showed. I don’t expect perfect haircut. I asked for layer hair but got a mushroom layer with nothing below it and uneven sides and top hair left uncut like shown in the photo. Cut was 30+ 5 by the way. Could get way better cuts elsewhere.

They said perm will make it look better. Hell na. Have you seen how short my sides and hair are. You think a $100 service perk will fix this disgusting...

This place is my goto spot for my own hair. They speak English, Korean, and Chinese as well!

Speaking for myself, they provide a very full experience, from a cup of coffee when I come in and sit down for my turn, to a thorough wash to reset my hair to its most natural state before cutting, to styling in the end. My stylist James always does his best to make sure my hair is cut as I like it, as well as provides suggestion/insight to me when he feels certain things may compliment my head/face shape more. I’ve had my hair cut in wide variety of styles here in the last two years, as well as permed in numerous styles, and he’s always worked hard to ensure that I come out looking as fresh as can be. The boss works in there as well so you know care and respect is put into the place.

The space is newly renovated, so you feel like you’ve just walked into a salon in Korea. The space is kept clean to the point where you can see the reflection of the lights beaming on all surfaces. You’re given a locker to keep your belongings safe and clean kept as well.
