This is a review for customer service only. I bought a hat which was on the display table (the last one according to the associate) and we both agreed that I should dry clean it before wearing it since it's been tried on by others. I took it to my regular dry cleaners a few days later and it came back shrunk. I reached out to the support to ask if there's anything they can recommend and after a couple of email exchanges the answer was that their items are in pristine conditions and to try a specific dry cleaners next time.
