Multiple issues. First, live DJ playing with music BLASTING so loud you can’t even hear yourself think, let alone your convo with the cashier. Which brings me to the second issue- the cashiers were unbelievably unhelpful. I brought an online return, and they told me the “system was down for online returns”. Meanwhile I see people at other registers making online returns! I bring this up and the cashier next to mine says no the system is down. I asked if they could see what the other cashiers were doing and she goes “no I’m the manager and the system is down”. My cashier says she can try something else and the so called manager says “no don’t even bother”. What a horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. Read moreI'm going to have to ding this shop for running out of 501 originals. You come to a place for their classic jeans, and they run out of them... terrible. Inside, a lot of other styles that people didn't seem to care about piled up, and colors that looked garish at best. You should have a whole wall of 501 originals in blue at all times.

Literally said she was going to “crash out ” bc of the people in the store before closing . I get it but this isn’t how you do customer service .
