I go to Jennifer (she was trained in both Beijing and Italy, so her MLD technique is East meets West). I also go to Miya (she was trained under Jennifer and uses a bit more pressure if you like pressure) For first-timers: they have a Groupon deal for $75 (~$67 with further Groupon discounts) but they told me they’ll honour the price if you go to them directly! One-time price for the 60 minute Lymphatic Drainage is $120, but if you buy a 10 time package after your first visit, it’s $75/session šŸ«¶šŸ¼

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heidi and the Wildflower Spa, and I must say, it was an absolute bliss! From the moment I stepped into this serene oasis, I knew I was in for a treat. *Ambiance: 5/5* The spa's dƩcor is beautifully designed with calming colors and soothing music, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. *Services: 5/5* Heidi's expertise in massage therapy is exceptional! Her attention to detail and gentle touch made my massage truly unforgettable. I also enjoyed the rejuvenating facial, which left my skin feeling refreshed and radiant. *Staff: 5/5* Heidi and her team are warm, welcoming, and highly professional. They take the time to understand your needs, ensuring a personalized experience. *Value: 5/5* The prices are very reasonable considering the top-notch quality of services and amenities. *Overall: 5/5* Heidi and the Wildflower Spa is a hidden gem! Whether you're seeking relaxation or rejuvenation, this spa is sure to exceed your expectations. *Highly Recommended!* Will I return? Absolutely!

The only reason I’m even giving them two stars is because my attendant did give a good service, but the rest of the experience was horrible. And BEWARE, the reason they have such high ratings is because they get guests to give good reviews right there on the spot before leaving, in exchange for incentives and gift cards for future services. I watched this as I was waiting for my service. So many crazy things happened during my visit but I will try to be as brief as possible. So in a nutshell, they are extremely unorganized. I booked an appointment through their website and even received an email confirmation. Once I arrived, they, told me I was not on their books. The woman at the front desk told me it was best to call instead of booking online, but how was I supposed to know that if they offered to book online on their website, which includes an email confirmation. And nowhere on the site does it say to call versus booking online. Other people had the same problem. One couple actually did call and received an email confirmation from the person they spoke to and they still were met with not being listed for an appointment. Unfortunately, that couple was turned away for the day because they also bought a Groupon Voucher for a couples massage, but the front desk lady told them they could not use their vouchers on the weekend, even though the woman they spoke to over the phone told them that they could. It was sad to watch them leave because it was their anniversary and this place did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate them. So BEWARE, If you buy a Groupon or any other kind of voucher, you can only use it Monday through Thursday. Once in the room, there was so much noise in the hallways from the staff with loud talking and loud laughter, even running up and down the hallway, and loudly dropping things. They don’t ask you beforehand if you want a male or female attendant, so the woman across the hall from me was very livid when she was undressed and ready for her service and realized a male attendant had walked in. She was very loud in showing her frustration which was understandable, but it caused the rest of us having to endure disruption in our relaxation. This could have been avoided If they had intake forms to fill out ahead of time to ask about medical needs and preferences of attendants like other spas do. Then there was another instance, where a woman at the front desk got into a loud verbal altercation with the staff to the point of using profanity. My room was at the other end of the hallway and I could hear all of this while again I’m trying to relax. But the worst part of my entire experience was 3 different times, another staff member came into my room and began to have a full on conversations with my attendant, while she was LITERALLY in the middle of giving me a massage. It was bad enough having to endure the staff noise in the hallway, but now the disruption was in my room. It was an invasion of my privacy, disruptive of my relaxation and disrespectful to the time that I’m paying for. And then the cherry on top of the sundae, As I was leaving, I gave my attendant a 20% tip, which is fair. She looks at her tip, does not thank me, then looks at the front desk lady and they began to speak in their native language. The front desk lady then says to me, they expect a certain amount of a tip per hour. My service was for two hours. I said no, in the US, we tip according to the percentage of the price of the service, not the length of time of the service. She then proceeds to ask me for at least another $5.00 to satisfy the minimum of their preference. I lied and said I did not have anymore cash on me. She then proceeds to tell me I can give $5.00 through Venmo, cash app or Zelle. I told her absolutely not, I am giving a tip based on the service I received and the price that I paid and that’s that. And then I walked out. This place is very non-relaxing and disrespectful of privacy and courtesy, but they expect top-notch tips? Absolutely not. They will never have to worry about me coming...

I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I to celebrate his 50th birthday. I initially found them on Groupon but called the spa to ask questions. The receptionist said that instead of booking through Groupon, I could send them a picture of the promo and just go directly through them for the same price, which I did. I had to make several changes with scheduling, and they were very accommodating with time. The location was easy to find, and the spa was very clean. We arrived about 30 minutes early, and they were ready to take us right away. I thought we would be in the same room for a couples massage but were not. My boyfriend and I had two different experiences. He was happy with his massage, and I'm glad. I, however, was not. The young lady who took care of me was nice for the most party. She asked as if shocked "90 minutes"? when she greeted me, which was off-putting. Unfortunately, she also did not seem to know what she was doing. It felt like she had not trained to give massages, and like she was falling asleep during my massage... yes, I know that sounds crazy but yes! She would start massaging and area, and I would feel her slowing down to a complete stop for a few minutes and her weight increase on me. I hear her take a deep breath and almost pop back up and massage me again. It was so bizarre. I asked her if she was ok, and she popped back up and continued. She did not touch below my calves, which is where I needed it the most. I have had professional massages before as I suffer from lots of tendonitis, and this was not one. It was like she would drift off while massaging me and forget I was there. It was so odd and uncomfortable. My boyfriend said he enjoyed his but also didn't understand why it did not go the full 90 minutes. We booked for 90 minutes, but they stopped at 70 and ushered us out! I'm glad he enjoyed his massage as it was his birthday. I was hoping to be happy with my experiences so I could return monthly since this location is close to my home, just an 8 minute walk. I will not return. Ultimately, I'm glad I got a deal, considering it was not what...

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. I'm really under the impression that I can't trust google reviews anymore.

Anyway long story short, I purchased a Groupon to be used at this location. Not only did they NOT call me to offer to reschedule (when they knew they were running really behind), the receptionist also SCANNED my Groupon only to tell me 15 minutes later that they're running behind and our appointment would be for an hour later. Thankfully Groupon refunded me without TOO much trouble, but that is absolutely ridiculous. What was she thinking? This is NOT good customer service.

I suspect that they don't like people using Groupon because it discounts the service by 30% or so. But if you're not going to fully honor the Groupon, why have a promotion then? Don't advertise on Groupon then if you're not going to treat these customers the same way as full-paying ones. The owners definitely want it all: they want customers AND they want everyone to pay full price AND they want to promote themselves in any way possible. But honestly, it just reflects really poorly on them.

I understand that call outs happen, but the decent thing to do would be to call me and reschedule my appointment to another day. Were they banking on everyone being late or for no-shows? I just don't understand people who do business this way. And after we checked in, there was actually ANOTHER couple that also booked a 7 pm massage...though the guy was definitely running really late, so maybe they actually waited for the "8 pm slot".

It was such an incredible waste of time for me to commute all the way into the city only to be told our appointment was behind by literally an hour. Which I suspect the receptionist knew before she even scanned out Groupon. Honestly, I would have rescheduled if she didn't do that. It was such a stupid thing to do.

They had an opportunity to impress a first-time customer but I'm definitely never going back. They probably don't care too much because this is NYC, but still, it's...
