Lift Gym Inc — Local services in New York

I used facility for some time with my client. The place is versitile for strength training. With recent downsize of the space (from 4floors gym everything isipacked in two) it became a bit limited but for my client and me, was enough. The staff is very helpful but the owners, Carol and Ken, are very disrespectful.

Due to my personal transition in career I was leaving the area and requested all unused sessions to be reimbursed, however NO ONE, even though, I am sending emails to both business and personal as well as calling the gym, is not responding to it.
