Loh's Laundry — Local services in New York

Staff are good people and pricing and timeliness are all great. My problem is that they send out their laundry and have no control over the quality of services at the factory. After a few times using their wash and fold service with no problems I opened my serviced laundry and found a hoodie that is not mine and a pair of my jeans was missing. I returned the hoodie to Loh’s and asked if anyone had brought in my jeans. Loh’s said they could call the factory and ask them if they had the jeans but they couldn’t find my jeans. Loh’s didn’t offer any compensation and I ended up losing a pair of jeans that was worth 3-4 loads of laundry. Will be going to one of the other laundry places within a few blocks of Loh’s and will be looking for a place with on premises...
