I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I walked into this salon because I was looking for a decent nail place in the area. They had availability, so I sat down right away. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed from the start. The pedicure was done quickly — so much so that the person who started before me was still getting their pedicure while mine was already finished. The manicure was also rushed. The technician only pretended to trim my cuticles, and I could tell she wasn’t being thorough. I didn’t say anything at the time, partly out of respect — she was older than me, and as an Asian woman myself, I sometimes find it hard to confront elders directly in these situations. However, once everything was done, the result was clearly bad. I had to say something. She knew it too — and she even admitted that a third coat of polish wouldn’t fix the issue. She ended up redoing it, and while the second try was slightly better, it still wasn’t great. You can see the result in the photo I’m attaching. I paid $45 for the service and gave a $10 tip — which I gave before she started painting my nails. I’m wondering now if that was seen as not enough? Either way, I don’t plan to go back to her again. Thankfully, it’s not the only nail salon around, and I’m sure I can find a better technician elsewhere. One thing I noticed was that the technician working next to me was very detailed and seemed to be doing a great job for her client. I planned to ask for her name on my way out so I could book with her next time. But when I was leaving, the woman at the front desk completely ignored me — no eye contact, no “thank you,” nothing. What bothered me most was how differently she treated the other customers. I watched her warmly greet and say goodbye to others, but not to me. It made me feel like I was being treated differently — possibly even discriminated against — by another Asian person, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Great pedicure, and the women who did my pedicure was amazing (nathanna)! But there is some down sides to this place. I should have known when I walked in and it was empty that there’s some cons. Other than the technician being amazing and did such a great job! I def don’t know if I would come back because the unknown charge. I got a $65 peppermint spa pedi and did French which is $25! I also then did a 10 minute massage which $15! My total came out to $140?! I know $65+25+15= 105. I paid the bill skeptical and questioned but they said it was because $25 extra gel? I went back because I looked at their prices online and it didn’t make sense. The owner told me when I went back that it was $35 extra for gel? That doesn’t make sense! I’m not a Karen but I am skeptical especially I’ve been to high end nail salons and they don’t even charge $35 extra for gel! That’s almost how much a regular pedicure cost. I think they scammed me Because I looked at their menu online and nowhere does it say $35 extra for gel. If that’s the case I would have spent my $140 pedicure getting a Russian pedicure or higher end pedicure! My nail tech did a great job and I loved her but sad to say since the owner doesn’t know how to do an itemized bill and started calculating things on paper I def won’t be back. I really wanted to love this place too since it’s in area! Although I can say it was clean, and the nail techs def know how to do nails and be professional! Hate doing reviews because I am not a Karen nor a hater and I really wanted to love this place because they did do a good pedi

Very nice and quiet atmosphere. The lady doing my nails was absolutely lovely. I went and got a gel mani/pedicure and it was pretty affordable for new york standards at $69. I usually go to Sapphire down the street, but stopped here to try it out. The pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes and the "frills" all cost extra (going up to $80 for just the pedicure). My pedicure looks nice and so does my manicure. My only complaint is that the polish isn't well done and you can still see my nails through the polish. This could have very well been because of a light nail color chosen, but I'm kinda disappointed in the quality. She only did two coats and maybe we should have done more to prevent this from looking cheap. I hope they last!

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in on a Puls’d, that was $35. I guess the woman didn’t realize I was on a Puls’d as my pedi was fine, no frills but okay, then when she told me to pay and tip, I told her they already checked my voucher. I paid tip and tax. She was standing there and grabbed the tip. I followed her back and sat down and she painted my nails so fast, leaving not even 1 second for them to dry in between coats . I had to ask for the extra color of nail polish like she’d done on my toes then she seems really annoyed. She got up after less than 2 minutes total on my nails and grabbed another customer. I didn’t even realize this but waited on her to walk me to the nail drying station. She never did. I grabbed my purse and messed up my nail. She was told 3 times but never came over to fix it after my waiting on her for 10 minutes. Another person finally fixed my nail and finished the top coat and brought my things over. I asked about my shoes but was told to hang on. I sat for another 13 mins drying my nails. I made eye contact but no one helped so I ended up having to search for my shoes and jacket. On my way out I told the woman at the desk that I didn’t appreciate how I was treated and she said it was because I paid a discount with the voucher. I have purchased vouchers before and have never just had someone, after a 35% tip, treating me like that. Some snarky customer woman yelled out for me to have a great day. I’m not in to supporting rude people with ZERO customer service. I recommend taking your business elsewhere! My nails are mess up up anyways. So that was a complete waste of my...
