I've started working with Juliet in June 2023 when I needed to kickstart my fitness journey; it was one of the best health-centered decisions I've made for myself. Juliet's sessions, while physically challenging, move quickly because she changes up the routine with each session; I sweat a lot, but never feel bored. As a person, Juliet is quick to smile or laugh and is incredibly thoughtful. Her encouraging words always help me to realize that I'm stronger than I realize. Whether it's lifting a heavier weight, doing a few more reps, or trying an entirely new exercise that I didn't think my body could do, I always end my sessions with Juliet feeling proud of what I was able to accomplish. That system really works well for me as my weekly availability can look quite different depending on my work obligations. I told Juliet I have never been able to lose weight before so I was very cynical that I would see visible progress. However, by week 5 all of my jeans were too big for me!
